Mbuti ムブティ族（バンブティ族）はアフリカのコンゴ地域に住む狩猟採集民です。
木の皮を、叩きのして作られた樹皮不織布です。（本来は民族衣装として使われています。）
描かれた幾何学模様は
アフリカンテキスタイルの中でもプリミティブな樹皮布とされており、
